Path2Integrity Symposium: the perception of responsible conduct of research
Path2Integrity will meet up with students, teachers and researchers at a project's Symposium on the perception of research integrity & the (cross)disciplinarity of teaching ethical cases.
When: 4 & 5 July 2019
Where: Kiel, Germany
Within the two-day Symposium, participants will get a to take part in two interactive workshops where they will get the chance to obtain hands-on experience in advocating and teaching in the area of Responsible conduct of research.
Day 1: "Moderated workshop on Research Integrity Perceptions - creativity workshop" - this workshop on the perception of research will allow participants to unleash their creativity for the design and creation of campaign materials.
Day 2: "Participatory workshop on (cross)disciplinarity of teaching ethical cases" - the two sessions of this event will implement a participatory approach to de- and re-construct training materials. The interactive programme will also include a dilemma card game.
Expert talks by Path2Integrity members, together with other Science with and for Society (SwafS) Experts, will be held to complement and set the scene for the workshops and introduce participants to Research Integrity standards, policy, performing, funding organisations and more.
